In-Out-In challenge! 😯
For anyone who says they are too busy to workout, your not.
Banging home chest and tri’s workout leaves u in bits after only 5 mins 🥵
There is 1440 minutes in a day, 5 minutes only takes up 0.0035 of your day. No excuses not to work out.
This challenge consists of performing Diamond Pushups —> Military grade pushups —> Standard pushups —> Wide pushups AND BACK🔥
The great thing about this is you can vary it so much, for example u can only go out and stop or u can go out and in as mant times as you can, furthermore u can vary the reps for ur abilit level. For example, to 2 reps per variation or however many u are comfortable with, i opted for 10 (think i miss counted one or two).
