Here’s a nice little contrast with all the things I love to constantly talk about and emphasize during sessions that deal with acceleration and explosiveness. Taking a ground up approach, from the mid foot, having quality ankle stiffness, engagement through hamstrings/glutes, good hip drive, stored tension, and controlling our arm swing while utilizing one of my favorite methods of having our heel free.
