ITS OK NOT TO BE OK.
This year has been a testing year for me.. what I heave learnt is ..
- we have to talk.. talk to your friends , talk to your family or colleagues ! -let’s not be embarrassed about how we feel .
-it’s ok not to be ok.
- I now have a Counciller & I recommend this to anyone . I was always helping others with there problems but than I realised.. who was helping me? We go to the doctors if we are I’ll, we go to the dentist for a bad tooth.. WHY don’t we go for help with out mental health? Let’s start normalising talking & let’s brake the stigma ! Together. We are stong 🙏🙏❤️
