TRAPS! One thing I’ve learned just like with every other muscle group, you don’t need heavy weight to build the muscle up.
Here I’m using 40lbs and im doing anywhere from 15-20 reps. Full extension and full contraction at the top of the movement. Instead of grabbing the 70s,80s, or 90s for 5-8 reps get yourself some 40s or 50s and make your traps work. Squeeze at the top as if you’re trying to reach your ears!
You’ll find yourself having a massive pump on your neck. Keep crushing it guys and give it a shot!
