Need a super easy last minute #Easter dessert?! 🌷 Try whipping up these festive Easter egg #peanutbutter cups! 🐣 You probably even have all the ingredients in your pantry! 😍
- 6-7 Oz dark #chocolate (chips, chunks, bar, whatever!)
- 6 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 15g raw honey
- 1 tsp coconut flour - #sprinkles and @cadburyusa eggs for topping!
🌷 get a silicone muffin tray ready, or line a muffin tray with paper liners. Melt 3 oz of chocolate. Pour evenly into 12 muffin sections. Use the back of a spoon to cover the entire bottom of each section, bringing it up the sides a little. Place in the freezer to set. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, honey, and coconut flour. Until thick. Add more coconut flour if needed. Take the cups out of the freezer and evenly distribute peanut butter mixture into the bottom of each cup, flattening it down a little. Melt the remaining chocolate, and pour over the top of the peanut butter, until fully covered. Press a Cadbury chocolate egg into the middle of each cup. Shake sprinkles around the rest of the cup. Freeze for 15 min until set. Enjoy! 😋 Eating #paleo? Swap out the Pb for almond or cashew butter and leave off the toppings! 💕
