The most magical thing happened in our garden. Our grape vine finally began to fruit. After two years.

This post is motivating, but made me realise how it somewhat excludes those dealing with mental health issues like severe anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder , etc. Most of the time, people dealing with a mental illness are aware and can see their chains loud and clear. They can barely move only until they seek help. Yet even during the help they're receiving, they may still look like they're barely moving, to others and definitely to themselves. So to posts like these, sometimes there's more that meets the eye. Sometimes we aren't moving because we need help to-but not necessarily from you. #humanity #goodwill #empathy #understanding #willingtounderstand #yearntolearn #stayingstrong #kindness #notocruelty #notoindifference #mentalhealthawareness
